Problem with data in central London. W1B5FE

Ongoing issue for 4+ weeks. Full 5 bars connection on 4G but there is no data until walking about 1 kilometre away/ changing cell sites

Looks like there’s a network issue at that location @pettep.

I’ve had this network status for 12+ months in my area.

have contacted customer support number of times and not very helpful, Ofcourse as I researched online I found out this is a big problem especially in London with id mobile network not having any working data in most postcode areas.

I cancelled my contract & going back to Vodafone.

Not to worry.

Do you have examples of postcodes where you are having issues?

Sometimes in busy areas the mast can be congested which may slow down data speeds etc.
