Hi I need a proof of purchase usage and blacklisting and I tried to speak on livechat but noone is available

Yeah - the team of iD live chat agents sign-off at 8pm weekdays.

They’ll be back at 9am tomorrow.

The 24/7 chat-bot is usually no help at all - anyway, good luck.
