purchased SIM but not received any emails?

My friend has just purchased a Sim only from ID and not received any email from ID mobile yet. How can we contact you?

Hey @Alistair70,

If your friend entered their email correctly, then they should have received an email confirmation after placing the order then one when dispatched.

If you get him to contact us, we can track this further and find out what’s happened to the order.

If it’s a SIM only contract, there’s no tracking on the SIM so a replacement can be sent (if it’s outside of delivery time-frames) or one can be picked up for free via Currys.
