Hi I have logged in fine trying to go on to my account I.d and it don't log me in.

Says user or password wrong?

Unfortunately, forum members can’t access your iD account to reset your online password @Ranaz.

Have you tried using https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/forgot-username/-/forgot/forgotpassword?

Otherwise you’ll probably need to use the online iD live chat for assistance. 
The online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Have you logged in/registered before?

 

I’d recommend registering an account before attempting to log in, if you have registered and are having issues logging in please let us know so we can get in touch.

Hi Tom yes I have registered.but some how I can't log in but doing through this.

I have changed the password put in the code still not working.

I still can't use my I.d account?

I can only log on to this.

But when It asks again I can't get in?

I wanted to change my settings but I can't get in.

It says user name and password don't exist.

If your username and password are mentioned as not existing it sounds like you haven’t registered to the iD Mobile app/website.

 

Please register an account.
