received 2 sim cards ,only ordered 1

Hi they sent me 2 sim cards when I only ordered 1.

Now they have set 2 accounts up.

I've cancelled 1direct debit, but now they are putting me in the hands of the debt collectors. 

Cannot speak to anyone only automated chat.

Hope someone can help?.

Just try typing in “talk to a person” to avoid the automated chat-bot @Diane Crabtree, aka Jeff. 

Otherwise contact iD on social media for assistance, using Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DM. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

If you ordered 2 by mistake we would charge you for both.

Cancelling the direct debit wouldn’t cancel the contract and would result in a missed payment.
