Any idea what this means?!

Hello @Jamie Grant Stewart,

I suspect this means when iD Mobile’s automated decision-making system compared the information you input at the time you ordered, with information from the credit reference agency, there were some minor mismatches - probably a name/s or address/es or both. 

Frustrating, but it means you should avoid trying to ordering again from iD for at least 30 days, because it could affect your credit rating.

You should contact Equifax PLC if you want to see your credit reference details - this is the agency iD use - anyway, good luck.
