I referred my mum and she has paid two instalments.

I believe that she will be sent an email to confirm her ID account number. How long should this take to arrive as I have read that once she has confirmed her account number we then have to wait 45 to 90 days from the date it’s submitted to receive our gift cards.

Hey @Meffz,

That’s correct, as long as you signed up to the refer a friend page, sent her the link for her to input her details and make a valid purchase from our website.

Let us know if you don’t receive it during the time-frames above.

Further to my previous messages the 90 days have passed and neither of us have received anything. My mother transferred to ID mobile on 5th Feb 2023.

Can yyou please let me know how we can resolve this.
