Refer a Friend February 2022

Hi

The refer a friend page is still live (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/refer-a-friend), but terms and conditions say it expired in January 2022.

Can somebody at ID confirm if Refer a Friend is still active please?

Could you double check? I think it was updated and shows April 2022 for me.

@Katrina_C Hi there, our Refer a Friend offer, was renewed and the reward offerings were increased. you can see our new refer a friend offer below.

Hi, I referred a friend and she singed up with a 24 month contract. We cant find out how to claim our reward.

The link just takes us to the refer a friend page? 

 

Can anyone help?

Hey @Josh Hurst, as long as your friend signed up via your link, they should have received an email asking them to submit their details.

We’ll check their details from our side, and you’ll be able to track their progress on your referrer dashboard. When they’ve made two bill payments, their status will be confirmed successful (this usually takes around 45 days), and you’ll both be able to claim your reward.

Please note, that it may take up to 90 days from the moment your friend has submitted their account number for both of you to receive your reward.
