My wife referred me but I can't enter my account number for the referal the page just ends up being the referal page. I see from previous that other people have had the same problem. Looks like a complete slam. I also can't complain cause the complaint addresse doesn't work and live chat URL​addresse​is also not working. Absolute nightmare I can't contact anyoneÂ

Thanks for your reply, I am unable to enter the ac number as the page reverts back to the referral page. I see that a lot of other customers have had exactly the same issue. I have rang ID today to complain, they said they would forward onto the referral department .
