Refer a Friend/ service down on app ?

When I press the app menu item for Refer a Friend I only get an error message.…

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator

Is this a known problem ?

Is it a broken URL ?

I have quite a few people locally who who like to join as currently the mast is down for many other service provy

Welcome to the iD Community.

I tested the journey on my phone and it seems to work fine for me.

It may be worth clearing the browser cookies/cache on your phone and trying again.

If the issue persists, let me know what browser and phone you’re using, and I’ll get the team to test it out.

Alternatively, you can just log in via the Refer a Friend webpage and you’ll have your code to share.

Thanks for reply.

I cleared the Chrome browser cache and all cookies.

Using your "Alternatively" link I still get the same message as below

Try accessing via In-cognito or private browsing as this may help
