Refer a Friend Status Not Showing

Hey

I cannot see a “Status” option for the refer a friend scheme - I did refer a friend over 4 months ago and can see no update.

 

Please can someone from ID staff let me know / PM me.

Hey @Aeron Davies,

Sorry to hear you’ve not yet received it.

Did you complete the form and generate and send the link to a friend.

Then did the friend enter their details and make a valid purchase followed by linking their account number?

This is usually required for the refer a friend claim to be valid.

Hi Mohammed,

Yes, a valid purchase was made and details uploaded. Couple of months ago after the details was uploaded, the stutus was showing as pending.

But I can't locate the status button now and it's been a few months since the purchase.
