I tried to may a payment online yesterday twice and the website came back with an error message. I have subsequently made the payment via the ID automated phone service, which was accepted
The next day I have checked my bank account and the online payments have now both been taken, which means my bill has been paid 3 times altogether.
I will need a refund on the 2 extra payments. I have accessed the live chat but it is not working/available.
