Refund duplicate payments

I tried to may a payment online yesterday twice and the website came back with an error message. I have subsequently made the payment via the ID automated phone service, which was accepted

The next day I have checked my bank account and the online payments have now both been taken, which means my bill has been paid 3 times altogether.

I will need a refund on the 2 extra payments. I have accessed the live chat but it is not working/available.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your payment.

If the payments fail they may show in your pending balance and bounce back to your account balance within 5 working days.

Are the payments showing in your pending payments?

If not let us know and we can check the account and get them refunded once the payments reflect on our end.
