Hi there, I recently purchased a data add on but because my signal was terrible I didn't think my request had been submitted so I clicked the button again, now I've been billed twice! I'd like to find out if I can get a refund for the second data add on? I only intended on purchasing one. Thanks

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for an add-on as these can’t be removed once purchased.
