I am in credit on my closed account, and I was wondering when, or if, it will be refunded to me.

Assuming you’ve left the Direct Debit in-place, it’ll take one or two billing cycles to clear your credit balance.
You should be able to check in your iD My Account online, which is supposed to accessible for 6 months after you cancel.
