My wife has recently joined iD Mobile. We are sure that when my wife joined iD Mobile we registered her, but we could be wrong.
When we tried to Register/Log In/Password Change today iD Mobile refuses to recognize her details. iD Mobile send her texts/messages her ‘phone works, but to register or log in is a no go area. Interestingly we are not the only ones. How do we open the iD Mobile website and App? Can human being help?
