I joined up for ID mobileĀ over the weekend. I am bringing my number across from my current network. I cannot set up my id mobile account on line. I appreciate my old number has not transferred across. I tried using the order number and transaction reference number on the online form - neither work - so stuck in limbo now - cannot set up my account online. Grateful for advice on how to sort. Many thanks
Perhaps best waiting until the day afterĀ your number transfer has been completed
I also had trouble when I registered for my iD online account, but eventually succeeded.
I have the same problem also, porting my old number I put PAC details in Friday should have completed Monday it's still outstanding despiteĀ CS assurance it would be completed by 6 pm.Tuesday
