Is the new SIM a replacement you’ve ordered, or have you purchased a new SIM plan with iD?

It is one I ordered from online

Okay, new SIM cards are supplied by iD already activated.

Given what you’ve posted it could be one of several things:

  1. The SIM card is faulty.
  2. Your phone is faulty.
  3. Your phone is locked to a different network.
  4. There is no iD mobile signal is the location you’re using the phone.

Replacement iD SIM cards are not activated.
They always need to be activated before they can be used.

Anyway, good luck.

Hi @Kwiggles, I’d recommend contacting the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams for help with this.

Thank you,

Rory

Try these links, with your postcode:

  1. Coverage checker
  2. Network status checker (for network faults)

Good luck!

I have checked them and there isn’t a problem what should I do if it’s my phone

Borrow a working SIM card from somebody and try this borrowed SIM in your phone.

If your phone doesn’t start working, then it’s probably faulty.

Where did you get your phone?

Why iD Mobile?
