I have been a victim of identity theft and would like to report this to ID Mobile. I have a crime reference number already but have had difficulty talking to a service agent through the live chat app

Have you tried getting assistance using Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DM @Surfer1990?

You can discuss this privately with iD on either social media channel - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
