Request a manual review for contract refusal

Hi, how can I get a manual review of my application for an account, I have spoken with Experian and had an issue created by Vodafone resolved but because of a previous request with ID Mobile being declined it wont let me order. I now have a clean bill of health for credit but because of the declined automated request it wont go through. Who can I contact or speak to please.

I don't think ID Mobile will overturn a decline. The usual advice is wait 30 days and apply again. Good Luck!
