Request to keep old number now my original network has stopped and old number hasnt been swapped

Hi

 

provided PAC code and number I wished to keep to web chat team. My old 02 sim has quit working and the number hasn’t been placed onto my ID sim. 
 

any advice ?

If today is your number switching day @Paddy97, then there might be several hours between your ‘old’ SIM becoming inactive, and the number you wanted to keep being active with your iD SIM card.

I was without a service for around 5-hours on the day I transferred my number to iD Mobile.

If your number transfer should have been completed yesterday @Paddy97, and it wasn’t, then contact iD so they can check your iD account.

You can ‘talk’ to the iD Mobile customer support team by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
