I can no longer call my bank, my oncologist, the hospital or a local taxi firm as id mobile now think they are all premium rate numbers?! Help!!

I’m sorry to hear this, is your bill cap at £0? If so, it may be worth raising this slightly and seeing if calls work to those numbers after.

 

We’ll only charge for the calls if those calls are chargeable, which would depend on the number itself.
