retaining number

Hi there looking for some advice! I have moved from ID sim only to ID contract, looking to keep my number and read that I needed to move to a different provider then port back. 

I have tried to move to 3, I've input the details inc PAC, it comes up with an error message stating technical issues.. any ideas?

If you’ve purchased a new iD Mobile contract instead of upgrading, you would indeed need to move to another network and then to the new plan.

 

When you’re trying to use the port form, does the transaction number begin with a 4? Exactly what error message comes up?
