I have recently took out a contract for 24 months with ID Mobile and you have already increased my monthly charge by over £2 a month, how many of these increases is there likely to be throughout the duration of my 24 month contract. I have also not received the £100 Currys voucher I was promised when I took on the contract.
ridiculous charges.

Sadly, it’ll be annually in April based on the CPI/RPI published in February + 3.9%.
The gift vouchers are supposed to be emailed between mid-March and mid-April
