I've landed in Spain today but despite getting the text confirming roaming I can't use data/calls/texts. Do I need to change some settings on my phone?

You may need to change settings on your device and in the iD Mobile app/website while logged into your account to enable roaming while in Spain, then you should be able to use your iD Mobile plan like home.
