Rollover after change of plan

Hi, I changed to a new plan last month, from 1gb to 4gb. When the month ended, I had 4.2gb overall left (started with 5.29gb) but at the start of the next month it reverted to 4gb total allowance. Should the 4.2gb, or at least, a portion of it not rolled over? Thanks for any help

Welcome to the Community!

You can't roll over unused data from the billing period when you changed plans. Instead, your Data Rollover will re-start at the beginning of your new plan.

So you're telling me that I had 100gb of data so I changed my plan to pay for less data for a while and you steal all my rollover data!

Didn't explain this scam very clearly did you.
