I purchased an S23 Ultra on 11/11/23, traded in my old phone(which I received payment for), and have also claimed, as offered as part of the enhanced promotion, for the additional 150 pounds bonus. The claim was made on 28/11/23, I have heard nothing since.
Anybody else had an issue getting the additional 150?
