Hi
I purchased the S23 Ultra on a contract in store and completed the enhanced trade in form. Staff in store told me to do it online so I completed it all and sent it off. They have now had my phone for 9 days and not sent any payment yet even though terms and conditions state payment will be made in 3 to 5 days.
Store won't help me and 9nline chat have also not helped me.
Is there anything I can do, save for raising a formal complaint?
