Unfortunately my claims wasn't accepted because date on invoice was late. I paid upfront for phone and sim deal 26.02.24 129£ with delivery 01.03.24.Invoice date shows 29.01.24 was accepted. Now from 01.03.24 same phone and deal with upfront 70£ sounds more better. Should I have chance to claim airbuds and smart tag 2 ?

When you purchase an order, the invoice typically shows the date the order was placed, not when it arrives. Was there a delay in approving your plan?
