I received a call from the number in the title claiming to be the 3 Network.
Knowing iD usually email I found this odd. They claimed they would email me and send me a letter after I set up the discounted monthly payment…
They weren't very convincing for me, but wanted to get the number out there.

Thanks for reporting that, Three UK wouldn’t get in contact with you directly about your iD Mobile account, so I’d recommend blocking this number.
