I keep getting calls from random numbers saying I have called them when I haven’t .. this has happened about 8 times in the last 6 weeks ( twice today)…. I think someone is using my number for some reason ( phishing, scamming or something) . What can I do about this…..?

Your number has been spoofed! There is nothing you can do. It’s not a scam, your number hasn’t been cloned and you are not being charged for any such calls.

Use Live Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (via a popup window in a browser).
Alternatively, send a private message using Facebook Messenger, or a DM using X (formerly Twitter).
