Brother’s received a final demand notice letter which is a scam. It says he has 7 days to pay. He hasn’t taken a contract out with ID mobile. What should he do?

Following a report of fraudulent activity on an account, we advise to report the matter to Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or by visiting 'http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/'. We also suggest that he contact his bank and check his credit report to see if any additional accounts have been opened in his name.
