I need to registerto PAC my old number and if this is not going to happen than I wll have to cancel my contract.Â

Messaging in this iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.
It might be quicker for you to PM iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.
Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.

Not really sure why the Live Chat team can’t seem to figure out what you mean, though; it’s a pretty common thing we have to deal with. I assume you used the term ‘verification code’ when speaking to them?

I’ve now had 3 or 4 web chats saying that the technical team will come back to me within 24-48hrs but no one ever does. This has been going on for months, if I can’t login by the time I’m due an upgrade, I’m going elsewhereÂ
