Hi I've just purchased a new contract phone but I've selected the wrong package and the order has gone through. Is there a way to change my packageĀ

If your order hasnā€™t been dispatched, the iD sales team on 020 7139 1397 might be able to help with this,Ā @Dean Pob Fellows.Ā Ā 

Otherwise, youā€™ll probably have to return your order, and then orderĀ the package you want.Ā
