I have been trying to change my Direct Debit details via My Billing in my account, it just comes up ‘ SelfCare is temporarily unavailable ‘ it has been like this for several days now. Is this liable to be sorted soon or how else can I change my Direct Debit ?

“ Cancel my last “ I think I have sorted this as I used another Internet browser and it appears to have worked this time, fingers crossed.
