Monday 12th February 2024:
- Can’t make or take calls (drops immediate on connecting)
- Can’t check voicemail (drops immediately on connecting)
- Can’t login in app (Unable to connect to server)
- Can’t login to website (Internal server error)
- Can’t check coverage (504 Gateway Time-out)
I need to look after and administer my elderly and disabled parents affairs from 150 miles away (a drunk driver smashed up the front of their house so they’re currently living in a premier inn.) I can’t even speak to them right now!
This service is appalling!
- When are these issues going to be fixed?
- What steps are being taken to prevent these frequent technical problems and outtages in future?
- How will you be compensating customers for such days of complete loss of service?
