Setting up a direct debit

Hello, 

My direct debit was recently cancelled due to insufficient funds. 

I have since paid my bill but I'm unable to set up the direct debit again, each time I enter my details it won't allow me to set it up. 

I would love to speak to someone to rectify this rather than ringing manually to pay my bill each month

Unfortunately iD Mobile don’t provide a telephone support helpline @Verity94.

iD help and support is 100% online.

I’d suggest double checking your address details in your iD online account match the address you’ve given to your bank.

Welcome to the Community!

Once the balance on the account is cleared you should be able to set up a direct debit.

You’ll need to ensure that the address on the iD Mobile account is the same as the one that the bank account is registered with.
