I’ve just received my ID sim which is to be used for data only, in a car. I want to set up an account but am unable to receive a text to my sim (the car doesn’t accept texts or calls), I can’t put the sim into a phone as the sim needs to be a micro sim to fit into the car, but I only have phones that take nano sims.

Carefully pop out the nano-SIM to use in a phone to get the code.
Once you’ve got the required code, reassemble nano part into the micro-SIM (on a flat surface).
I’ve done this successfully 3 or 4 times, using the now ubiquitous tri-SIM one size fits all SIM card format.
