On calls the line is so bad I need to get people to hang up and ring again very frustrating indeed I need good signal as a vulnerable person I need a good line. This phone is a Samsung galaxy 21 FE and is brand new could you send me a new sim so I can try the new sim if the problem continues I may have to send phone back or cancel this account. any help would be much appreciated

Are you still having issues here? Are you able to try the SIM card in another device to determine if the issue is the SIM card or the device?
Have you checked out the area on the iD Mobile coverage checker and the Three outage checker?

I’d recommend contacting the iD social media team using facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM (direct message)).
Messages sent out-of-hours on facebook, or Twitter, are handled when the iD social media team next start work.
