I ordered a sim only monthly plan on May13th. I downloaded the contract from the online order page. I received no confirmation email of the order. I have heard nothing from you. The sim has not arrived. Is this a scam? As the sim has not arrived I have no phone number so can not register on your app or contact you. I wish to cancel this monthly plan if you can not sort this out quickly.
