Sim card not arrived

I ordered a SIM card on the 12th of January after a call with support and have yet to receive it. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

It sounds like you iD order has been lost in the post, @patrickbostyn. 

SIM cards would normally be delivered with 3-5 working days.
