SIM card only order not received

Ordered SIM-only on 09/02/23 and have received all other emails (direct debit, order confirmation, contract documents) but no email from DPD or anything concerning dispatch of my order. I do not want to pick up another order from a Currys store, so please can you advise how to resolve this from this forum.

Hi @iDNewbie123 

 

I’m sorry to hear you hadn’t had an email notification, SIM only orders are currently dispatched via Royal Mail, therefore there wouldn’t be any tracking information.

 

The SIM would be delivered via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days, if ordered on 09/02/23 you should have received this by end of day 16/02/23, have you received the SIM by this time?
