SIM Deactivated by Accident - Can you Reactivate?

Hi, 

So I've been a bit of an idiot and accidentally deactivated my SIM and I was wondering if there was a way to reactive it so I can go back to using my phone. Thanks

Hey there @Carter Boswell, thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, once A SIM card is deactivated, we are unable to re-activate it I’m afraid.

 

Therefore, you have two options in receiving a replacement SIM card from us that we will need to activate to your account:

 

  1. Collect from any local Currys store during store opening times
  2. Delivery via DPD

Please can you let us know if you’d like to have it delivered to yourself, and we can arrange that for you. If choosing the store option, you can do so at any point and ask a member of staff if you can get a free replacement SIM card.

 

Either way, once you have the new SIM, you will need to contact us via any of our platforms so we can activate the SIM card to your account for you.
