Sim Disabled - need new sim

Hi - I upgraded a few months ago and used my old sim as requested/suggested by you.

 

I logged into the app on the 2nd July and you activated the ‘new’ sim.  I dont have the new sim and now my phone wont work!

 

I need this tomoprrow as i’m going to a festival for the weekend.

If you still have the old SIM card, try asking a live chat agent if they can reactivate it.

You can access live chat here.
 

Failing that, pop in to your local Curry’s store @Jaypea and ask them for a replacement SIM. It won’t cost you anything and will be the quickest way of obtaining a replacement SIM card.

As you need a replacement SIM card quickly the quickest way would be as @WelshPaul suggests picking one up from a local Currys store and then activating the SIM card itself in the iD Mobile app.
