Sim not activated after 24 hours

I upgraded to a new phone and did not order a replacement sim.

I got a message to say that the activation is in progress over 24 hours ago, but still not got any service/sim recognised. The sim fits the phone and it is not damaged. Any suggestions?

If your existing iD SIM card fits new handset, have you tried using the old SIM instead, @benfudge00?

 

@andewhite Hello! I don’t have another SIM. I have tried putting it back into my old phone, but that doesn’t work either.

Sounds like there’s been a mixup, @benfudge00. 

It appears iD Mobile have deactivated your old iD SIM card for some reason. 

I’d suggest talking to iD customer service using online Live Chat, or via their social media pages. 

An adviser needs to check and confirm what’s going on - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
