Hi, 

I ordered a new SIM card 8 days ago and still haven’t received the order or any tracking information. Help.

Hi @Rachel Fielding our SIMs are sent by Royal Mail and can take 3-5 working days to arrive. We can arrange to send you another, or you can pick one up in any Currys store.
