SIM not received

I took out a pay monthly plan for SIM only one week ago but still haven’t received the SIM card. The email said it should be received in 3 working days as it will be sent 1st class Royal Mail. Where is it please?

iD say elsewhere 3-5 working days. Did the Royal Mail have a strike day recently?

Also, the Bank Holiday on the 19th has probably delayed things further.

Because this forum is mainly a place for iD users to help one another, I’d suggest asking iD about your SIM delivery - in my experience the iD social media team are most helpful, and you can contact them using facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM (direct message)).

Out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work.
