Signed up on 10oct but sim not received but got email saying direct debit deduction will start on 25thoct??? Who am I to contact about this. Very stressful. If this is the way ID mobile operate then I want to cancel the contractÂ

Sounds like your item has been lost in-transit
iD SIM orders are sent by Royal Mail without tracking, and usually arrive 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch.
You can get a replacement iD SIM card from any Currys store.
Otherwise, ask using online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, which will then be posted to you by Royal Mail again.Â
