I received my sim and phone yesterday, all was working, not working now. Have done everything the page suggests, turn off clean and reinsert etc.

You’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM at any local Currys store. Alternatively, we’d be able to set up delivery of a replacement free of charge. Let us know if you’d like us to set this up and we’ll be happy to send you a PM.
