sim only and new s23 contract

I ordered a sim only from you but cancelled within the time limit but have been charged 5.63. I also tried to take a contract out for a s23 instead with you through car phone warehouse and you rejected it wondering if it had anything to do with previously cancelled sim only?

Thanks for contacting us here.

The charge for line rental would be for the period it was active for as you are liable for any line rental from the point of connection until the return is completed.

As for the order via Carphone Warehouse, it was likely due to a failed security check. If you pop into your local store, they’ll be able to advise further on the options.
